“My boyfriend and I planned our 8th trip across Japan to new regions that we had not visited before. We had booked all of our accomodations a year in advance, yet we waited until the last minute to schedule guides and critical drivers for the long drives across Japan.  Well, it was high Autumn season, and we were scrambling.   We were referred to Yuri by another local guide who highly recommended her.   Yuri stepped in at the last minute and planned us a tour of a lifetime!  Even though Yuri is based in Atami, she not only gave us a fabulous private day tour in Izu Peninsula which included many unique geological details and facts, but she also did an outstanding job of planning many private guided tours all over Japan for us!  We could not be more grateful to have found Yuri.  

 

She is highly organized, extremely conscientious, and resourceful.  Every detail was accounted for, including looking out for the weather and advising us to wear warm clothes one day.  We really hadn't packed to hike on a mountain, so we decided to stop at Don Quijote on a drive (which Yuri coordinated!).   It is very hard to find agents in Japan who speak English, but Yuri's English is perfect!
